DiDiMa is responsible for software updates, further development, and also for teacher training and consultancy activities supporting ALNUSET integration in the classroom.
DiDiMa is a team of highly qualified people with wide national and international experience in maths education research, in the design and development of educational software and in the management of training courses.
![]() | Giampaolo Chiappini is a senior researcher at ITD-CNR. He has been authorized by CNR’s Board of Directors to run DiDiMa during the start up phase. He has wide experience in maths education research and in the design of digital artefacts for maths education (Ari-Lab 2, ALNUSET). He has been involved in several national and international research projects, in some cases as scientific coordinator. He is professor of Educational Technology for Disabilities at the Faculty of Educational Science, Genoa University. |
| Elisabetta Robotti, has a PhD in Maths Education. For the past seven years she has been a researcher at ITD–CNR, where she has studied the role of digital technology in supporting teaching and learning processes in mathematics. In this time she has developed an interest in learning disabilities, particularly dyscalculia. She has given lectures and seminars in a number of Italian universities and schools.

| Eric Bainville, has a PhD in Computer Science. Over the past decade he has worked in several start-ups. He designs and develops innovative software in conjunction with active research teams. These include Cabri 3D, a software progam for teaching 3D geometry which received the prestigious Bett Award in 2007. |
| Bettina Pedemonte, has a PhD in Maths Education. Over the past seven years she has been working as a research assistant at ITD-CNR, where she has been involved in several European projects (ITALES, TELMA, ReMath). Her interests cover a number of areas: the design, testing and evaluation of innovative software in the classroom, especially for geometry and algebra; teacher training courses run online or onsite; research in the domain of proof and argumentation. In recent years she has developed a special interest in learning disabilities, particularly dyscalculia. She has given lectures and seminars in a number of Italian universities and schools. | |
